Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Doc2Deck subscription within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund—no questions asked.

How to cancel

Send a clear request to billing@doc2deck.com from your account email. Include your invoice ID or the email used at checkout.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days using the same payment method you used. No fees apply.

Ongoing subscriptions

• Cancel any time from your dashboard or by email.

• Service remains active until the end of the current billing period; future renewals are stopped.

• After 14 days, charges for the current period are non-refundable.

Failed or unsatisfactory conversions

If a file fails to convert or the output deck is unusable and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, we will credit that conversion or issue a pro-rata refund.

Exceptions

Refunds are not granted if:

• You have already received a refund for the same subscription.

• Your account is suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
